Jason Spilka

Attorney Jason Spilka was admitted to practice law in Connecticut in October of 2022. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth School of Law in May of 2022. While at the University of Massachusetts, he worked as an intern with Attorney Kaloidis, beginning the summer after his second year of law school.

He is a 2019 graduate of Stonehill College, were he earned a Bachelor’s of Art in Criminology, and also minored in Spanish while there.

Attorney Spilka has worked with the firm under Attorney Kaloidis since May 2021, and was able to begin working as an attorney following his admission to the Connecticut Bar. While working under the direction of Attorney Kaloidis, he has assisted with criminal cases ranging from DUI’s to murders. Over the past two and a half years, Spilka has assisted Attorney Kaloidis with the preparation of five cases that have gone to trial, three cases in which our clients were accused of sexual assault, and two cases in which our clients were accused of murder.

Attorney Spilka understands the importance of trying to meet a client’s goals, and the importance of communication throughout the entire court process. He continues to show up to court prepared in order to get you the best possible result in your case.

While in college and law school, Jason interned at three different District Attorney’s Offices in Massachusetts and California. He was a law clerk for a semester in Los Angeles, California where he worked directly under Deputy District Attorney Charles Fredgren, who had just finished a twenty year career with the hardcore gang unit. While interning at the largest District Attorney’s Office in the country, Spilka knew that a career in criminal law was in his future.

Going on his third year working under Attorney Kaloidis, he looks forward to continuing the process of listening, learning, and fighting passionately for his clients.
